Requirements
Must:
- Salesforce developer & architect certification within the Technical Architect track or demonstrable experience
- Proven & demonstrable experience as a Salesforce technical architect
- Expert level knowledge of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud/Non-profit Cloud
- Experience delivering projects using agile Scrum methodology
- Confident, clear, and persuasive written and verbal communication skills across various channels
- Strong commercial awareness
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
- Well-organised with the ability to manage competing demands
Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise-grade solutions that align with our mission and sector best practices
- Serve as a trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders
- Bridge complex technical requirements and produce meaningful organisational outcomes
- Lead on best practices for enterprise architecture covering security, performance, development processes, and governance
- Provide architectural expertise and risk management throughout project lifecycles
- Develop teams through mentorship, peer-review, and knowledge sharing
- Support organisational growth through funding and partnership initiatives
Description
At the British Red Cross, we are looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team on an 18-month fixed term contract. We offer flexible working options, including remote and hybrid arrangements, with a salary range of £56,360 to £60,285, plus potential additional weighting.
