Must:
We seek candidates with strong Dynamics 365 skills, alongside a solid understanding of Dynamics 365 development practices. You should possess strong configuration and customization skills using standard connectors, plug-ins, workflows, and integrations. A robust development skillset in C# and JavaScript for building custom logic, integrations, and components is essential. Awareness of commercial software licensing agreements, such as Microsoft Enterprise Agreements and Power Apps licensing, is necessary. Additionally, familiarity with various tools and techniques for monitoring and testing software applications and services (including functional, synthetic testing, integration testing, load testing, and chaos engineering) is required. Experience with Azure Services (such as App Service, Management, Event Hub) is also advantageous. We are looking for individuals who have successfully implemented business services using Dynamics, such as relationship management and case management systems, either as part of a team or individually. Design experience (UI/UX), including creating prototypes and soliciting early user feedback, is important. Active contribution to discussions around high-risk and complexity requirements and activities is expected.
Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer - Dynamics Developer, you will be responsible for applying frameworks and patterns to support and maintain our software and services. You will ensure they are well-managed, monitored, up-to-date, secure, performant, and available to users, supported by operational runbooks. Your role will involve capturing and analyzing user stories to understand user and business needs for meaningful service impact. You will create testing prototypes to gain early user feedback and help iterate design decisions. Managing documentation, knowledge repositories, and runbooks for service continuity is crucial, including testing processes to ensure service availability. Developing test plans and performing testing according to recognized best practices, including system and acceptance testing while coordinating functional and non-functional specifications, will be part of your duties. You will use source code management processes to enable rollback and restoration of services as needed. Additionally, defining and tracking measurable goals throughout the lifecycle using goal-setting frameworks such as Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be your responsibility.

We offer competitive salaries ranging from £47,959 to £68,000 per annum, along with a 35-hour work week in a permanent contract.
