- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and data stewardship
- Expertise in data quality management, data profiling, data mapping, and data cleansing
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust data quality strategies and frameworks
- Identify and mitigate data quality-related risks
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Data Quality Analysts
- Oversee the monitoring and reporting of data quality metrics
- Implement effective data cleansing and validation processes
- Develop and enforce data quality assurance processes and standards
- Investigate and resolve complex data quality issues
- Collaborate to embed data quality practices and address data quality issues
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data quality processes and standards
