Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as an IT Systems Engineer
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 administration
- Familiarity with Active Directory
- Experience with SCCM for OS and software deployment
- Understanding of Microsoft Exchange management
- Knowledge of Mimecast integration and management
- Experience with HP SAN storage and HP networking equipment
- Proficient in Hyper-V deployment and administration
- Skills in PowerShell scripting and task automation
- Experience with backup management, specifically Backup Exec
- Familiarity with FortiGate firewall management
Responsibilities
- Supporting and maintaining core IT systems and infrastructure
- Providing 2nd / 3rd line support to internal users
- Managing and improving security, backup, and system resilience
- Liaising with third-party suppliers and service providers
- Contributing to automation and continuous improvement initiatives

We are a well-established, forward-thinking organization based in Kelvedon, seeking a hands-on IT Systems Engineer to support and maintain our internal IT systems, infrastructure, and end-user services.
