Must:
- Previous experience in a 1st line IT support or service desk role
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Experience with Active Directory user administration
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Well organized with a proactive approach to problem solving
Responsibilities
- Providing 1st and 2nd line support via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Supporting users across Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- User account management including password resets, group membership, and onboarding/offboarding
- Troubleshooting Windows desktop and application issues
- Logging and updating tickets with clear documentation

We are an exciting organization based in Ipswich seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our team on an initial 6-month contract, with a view to becoming permanent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid first-line experience who enjoys user-facing support and wants the security and progression of a long-term role.
