Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Lead-to-Cash or CPQ processes
- Strong understanding of Sales, Order Management, and Billing processes
- Ability to analyze complex business needs and translate them into functional specifications
- Familiarity with Oracle solutions and enterprise systems
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with business and technical stakeholders
- Experience in producing user stories and solution designs
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Relevant degree or professional qualifications in a related field
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Analyze end-to-end Lead-to-Cash processes
- Produce functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and project managers
- Define pricing, configuration, approval, and eligibility rules
- Ensure solutions are practical and aligned with commercial objectives
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency
- Support the delivery of CPQ solutions across enterprise client programmes
Description
We are a specialist Oracle consultancy located in Colchester, offering a hybrid work environment with three days per week onsite. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and support the design and delivery of Lead-to-Cash and CPQ solutions. This role is at the heart of how organizations manage sales, pricing, contracts, billing, and revenue recognition.
