Requirements
Must:
- Experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
- Exposure to ERP or finance system implementations
- Comfortable working across both analysis and delivery
- Good understanding of system integration and data flow
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in new finance system implementation
- Drive ongoing improvements across existing systems
- Gather requirements and shape solutions through to delivery
- Conduct testing and provide post-go-live support
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain
- Coordinate with technical teams based in Europe to ensure project tracking
- Manage priorities and keep projects moving
