We are looking for a proactive and innovative CRM Developer with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have: - Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development, including customisation, configuration, and integration. - Proficiency in Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) and CRM-related development tools. - Knowledge of SQL, FetchXML, and data integration techniques. - Experience in ASP.NET and .NET development for web applications. - Understanding of security best practices and data protection regulations. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Responsibilities

As a CRM Developer, I will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing applications that support both staff and students. My responsibilities will include: - Managing the CRM development process, including code control, software development lifecycle, and deployment of updates. - Designing, developing, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including workflows, plugins, and integrations. - Configuring and maintaining CRM modules to align with business needs and enhance usability. - Staying up to date with the latest Microsoft updates and features to enhance functionality and user experience. - Providing end-user training and technical support to ensure effective use of CRM solutions. - Managing third-party supplier relationships and system integrations. - Implementing security measures to ensure data protection and regulatory compliance. - Working closely with the Business Intelligence team to develop dashboards and reporting tools that provide valuable insights into business performance. - Maintaining and enhancing bespoke .NET applications integrated with the CRM system. - Utilizing web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to enhance CRM web-based solutions. - Supporting the transition of reporting and dashboards to Power BI for enhanced data analysis.

Description
