Requirements
Must:
- At least 2 years of experience in a product-related role such as Product Specialist, Product Analyst or Product Coordinator
- Strong background in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement and business process mapping
- Clear understanding of the full product lifecycle and user experience principles
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to translate technical concepts clearly
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps or similar tools
- Relevant certifications such as CSPO or BCS
- Nice to have: Experience working in a digital, SaaS or technology environment
- Nice to have: Exposure to BI tools or SQL for data analysis
- Nice to have: Familiarity with UX and customer journey mapping
Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert for assigned products and features
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to define vision, priorities and roadmaps
- Gather and translate business requirements into user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria
- Analyse data and user feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Support go-to-market activity, documentation and training materials
- Help troubleshoot product issues and act as the link between technical teams and users
