Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of software development processes and system design
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in fast-moving teams with changing requirements and deadlines
- Strong prioritisation and problem-solving capabilities
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for technical products, from discovery to delivery
- Translate business and user needs into clear technical requirements and prioritised backlogs
- Partner closely with engineering teams to plan, deliver, and iterate on solutions in an agile environment
- Manage expectations and alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining delivery focus
Description
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to work within a fast-paced, complex environment in Newcastle, where you will have the opportunity to deliver scalable, high-quality technical solutions. This role offers a hybrid working model, allowing for 1-3 days a week in the office.
