Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service.
- Hands-on expertise in Resource Scheduling Optimisation (RSO).
- Ability to support discovery and early-stage project activities.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Previous public sector experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for a new Dynamics 365 solution.
- Engage with stakeholders during the discovery phase to capture requirements and translate them into scalable Dynamics solutions.
- Provide subject matter expertise in Dynamics 365 Field Service, including RSO.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure alignment with best practices and strategic goals.
Description
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics Solution Architect to join us at the discovery stage of a new project. This role requires a strong, well-rounded skill set across Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a particular focus on Field Service functionality and Resource Scheduling Optimisation (RSO). This is an exciting opportunity for you to shape the solution from the outset and work with stakeholders to define and architect the Dynamics environment. The position is hybrid, requiring 2 days per week onsite in the East Midlands, and BPSS clearance is required. We offer a competitive rate of £550 to £650 per day.
