We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst who possesses a solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and databases. You should have hands-on experience in projects related to data solutions, including data delivery, management, data lakes, system integration, data migration, and data warehousing, particularly with cloud-based data platforms. Proficiency in data modeling (e.g., UML) and SQL Server is essential. We value decision-making based on data insights and expect experience in building and maintaining a data dictionary or taxonomy. Previous experience in a technical role with extensive exposure to data—such as a data architect, data engineer, data analyst, software engineer, DevOps engineer, or data scientist—is a must.

Responsibilities
In this role, I will help you understand customer problems and define the scope of work to ensure we deliver a high-quality, functionally rich data platform. You will evaluate client requests, end-user insights, industry drivers, and competitor capabilities to identify enhancements. You will manage and own all data requirements while becoming a data expert across our existing products. Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders will be key as you support the development of our data platform. Additionally, you will evaluate regulatory changes to ensure we accommodate them, with a focus on data governance, GDPR, and PII handling.
