Requirements
Must:
We are looking for an individual who has a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role supporting Microsoft 365 in a corporate setting. You should possess strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and end-user functionalities. Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Online customization is a bonus. Excellent communication, training, and documentation skills are essential. An ITIL Foundation certification or relevant experience in IT service management is desirable.
Responsibilities
As a Workplace Technology Engineer, you will act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and the Power Platform. You will provide comprehensive guidance, training, and ongoing support to end users. Your tasks will include developing user documentation, quick reference guides, and training materials to enhance productivity and collaboration. You will monitor the Microsoft 365 roadmap to identify changes and their implications. Collaboration with Infrastructure and Service Desk teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure smooth rollouts of new tools will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance the digital workplace experience.
