Requirements
Must:
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or customer success, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in CRM and ticketing systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk) and basic knowledge of WIFI/networking.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to support both technical and non-technical users.
- Understanding of GDPR and data security best practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide second-line technical support, assist with onboarding, and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Identify customer needs, track satisfaction trends, and contribute to self-service improvements.
- Build strong relationships with customers, monitor account health, and advocate for customer needs.
- Enhance support workflows, contribute to automation, and assist with new customer onboarding.
Description
We are a truly exciting and ambitious scale-up based in Edinburgh, with bold plans to expand our offering, and we need talented people to help us grow. We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer with a positive can-do attitude who can handle a range of issues as we scale.
We offer a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience, 33 days of annual leave, and additional performance-based incentives. Our modern offices are equipped with top-of-the-range equipment.
