Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5-7 years of product management experience within the healthcare technology, medical device, or digital health sector. You should have a proven track record of leading software or device products from conception to launch in a regulated environment. A strong understanding of product lifecycle management, including strategy, development, and post-market phases is essential. Experience with connected or cloud-based technologies is highly desirable. A degree in a relevant technical, clinical, or business discipline is required, with an MBA preferred. Additionally, excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills are critical for this role.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy across a key product portfolio. You will translate market trends, customer insights, and user requirements into innovative and commercially successful product solutions. Leading cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from concept and design through to launch and post-market optimization, will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with engineering, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure timely, compliant delivery. Engaging with customers, partners, and industry experts to validate direction and maintain strong market alignment will also be part of your duties. It will be your responsibility to represent the voice of the customer in all product decisions and drive the evolution of connected and cloud-enabled solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. You will ensure that our products comply with relevant industry regulations and quality standards.
