Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst within agile/scrum teams.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience gathering and translating requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Due to close links to the UK Home Office, all successful candidates must complete DBS / CBT checks.
- Candidates must be UK citizens, have Settled Status, or ILR.
Responsibilities
- Work with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Designers to define and document system requirements.
- Develop user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to guide development.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to refine features and processes.
- Analyze system issues, identify solutions, and ensure requirements are met.
- Support testing and quality assurance while maintaining clear system documentation.
