Requirements
Must:
- Extensive knowledge and experience with IBM Integration Bus, Weblogic, JBoss, RHEL, Dynatrace, and WebSphere.
- Proven experience working in a banking or financial services environment (desirable).
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and strong communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Flexibility regarding working hours may be required, including out-of-hours implementation support, with the potential for overtime during critical project phases.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of middleware projects and drive them to successful resolution.
- Enhance delivery performance and efficiency.
- Engage in stakeholder management and foster effective communication with technical and non-technical teams.
- Resolve complex issues and deliver technical solutions to challenging problems.
- Provide high-level technical expertise in middleware technologies.
