Requirements
Must:
I require candidates to have at least 4 years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or software engineering roles. Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks are essential. Extensive experience with AWS services such as SageMaker, ECS, and Lambda, along with familiarity with cloud environments, is a must. Candidates should also be proficient with containerization and orchestration tools, particularly Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines is necessary, as is a solid understanding of data engineering concepts like ETL and data pipelines. The ability to troubleshoot complex production systems is crucial.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage and optimize existing ML model deployments to ensure reliability and efficiency. You will continuously improve the architecture, processes, and tools used for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management. Collaboration with data scientists to understand and implement model requirements is key. You will partner with R&D teams to align technical strategies and integrate ML solutions into broader systems. Implementing robust CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, and infrastructure automation will be part of your daily work. Upholding best practices in security, cost management, and infrastructure design for cloud environments will be essential.
