Requirements
Must:
- I possess an excellent understanding of key components of Dynamics 365.
- I am able to consult and advise clients on the capabilities of the broader Dynamics platform.
- I have significant experience designing and leading solutions using Dynamics CE/CRM.
- I have experience leading project teams in close collaboration with clients.
- I have knowledge of Data Governance and Information Protection principles.
- I have experience designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Azure.
- I am aware of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design concepts.
Responsibilities
- I will be responsible for the architecture and design of D365 Solutions, including Dynamics CE/CRM, Power Platform, and the wider D365 Platform.
- I will maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM platform developments, including wave releases, new features, and best practices, and proactively incorporate them into solution design and client advisory.
- I will conduct client consultancy and workshops to capture requirements and technical design needs.
- I will provide consultancy for migrations to D365, ensuring best practices and oversight.
- I will deliver training and client workshops in support of our solutions.
- I will mentor and train team members.

We are seeking a forward-thinking professional to join our high-performing Microsoft practice, where you will play a pivotal role in planning, designing, delivering, and supporting best-in-class solutions built upon the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform. This role is remote based in the UK, with occasional travel required to client sites or team hubs in Glasgow or Reading. Please note that eligibility for SC Clearance is essential.
