Must:
We are looking for an Azure expert with in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft data ecosystem. The ideal candidate should possess skills in Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Blobs, Azure SQL, and Synapse. Proficiency in Python for data engineering is essential, while experience with C# would be advantageous. A solid understanding of databases and a curious mindset are necessary for success in this role. Please note that we are unable to provide sponsorship for this position.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be one of the principal owners of our Microsoft Azure data strategy and architecture. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building cloud-based data platforms incorporating the full Azure data stack
- Designing ETL pipelines
- Developing data models (Logical, Physical, Conceptual)
- Conducting data mapping

You will play a key role in the development of Azure data platforms for leading clients in Government, Retail, and Technology. In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £90,000, depending on your experience, along with great benefits and bonus opportunities.
