Requirements
Must:
- Solid understanding of Google Cloud fundamentals
- Strong CI/CD and automation experience
- Hands-on Kubernetes experience (GKE ideal)
- Confidence to challenge, suggest improvements, and own outcomes
- Comfortable working under pressure in a demanding client environment
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a growing Google Cloud platform
- Strengthen CI/CD pipelines that teams trust
- Drive automation-first engineering
- Support and evolve a Kubernetes (GKE) platform running production workloads
- Use Ansible to manage and standardise environments
- Provide confident, in-depth updates, demos, and explanations of your work often at short notice
Description
We are seeking a contract Senior Cloud Engineer who enjoys improving systems and questioning the status quo. This fully remote position offers £475 per day and is outside IR35. Join our high-expectation environment where you will work across core GCP services and focus on driving automation within our systems.
