Requirements
Must:
- Experience working on a product with APIs and Front End.
- Previous ownership of a product, with the ability to contribute to roadmaps and assess relative priorities.
- Experience in an environment with Software as a Service (SaaS) products.
- Ability to multi-task and balance customer, product strategy, and technical priorities to deliver competitive products.
- A unique blend of business and technical savvy.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to establish efficient plans for oneself and others, adapting to unexpected changes while meeting objectives.
- Strong customer service orientation, with an understanding of internal and external customer needs and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to and implement the product strategy and related commercial business cases.
- Evaluate client requests, end-user insights, industry drivers, and competitor capabilities to identify enhancements.
- Write features and user stories to implement the product strategy, enhancements, and customer requests.
- Drive the process of analysis and estimation within the Software Delivery team to provide a plan.
- Manage product roadmap priorities to ensure that development work is prioritized effectively.
- Work collaboratively with senior leaders and functional teams to ensure the success of the product.
