Must:
We are looking for an exceptional Chief Technology Architect with proven senior-level experience in technology or enterprise architecture. While experience in construction or real estate is a bonus, it is not essential. You should possess strong knowledge of enterprise frameworks, cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity. The ability to design and deliver scalable, secure, high-performance solutions is crucial. Excellent leadership skills, along with a track record of developing and inspiring teams, are required. You must also demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication skills. A familiarity with emerging technologies and their translation into business advantage is necessary. Relevant certifications in architecture or related disciplines are desirable.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will develop and deliver a comprehensive technology strategy and architectural blueprint. You will lead architectural design across multiple technology domains, including cloud, data, security, and applications. Partnering with business leaders, you will align solutions with commercial goals. It will be your responsibility to evaluate and embed emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency, while providing technical leadership and mentorship to diverse technology teams. You will ensure the scalability, performance, and security of our enterprise solutions and oversee the integration of new platforms and systems into the wider technology landscape. Additionally, you will monitor industry trends and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
