We are looking for candidates with strong analytical skills, able to understand business processes and system integrations to inform detailed user stories. Experience in owning or contributing to product roadmaps and prioritizing features based on business value is essential. We value a background in Agile software delivery or a keen interest in developing expertise in this area. Familiarity with SaaS (Software as a Service) and cloud-based products is also important. The ideal candidate will possess excellent multitasking abilities, balancing customer needs, product strategy, and technical considerations. A proactive, hands-on approach and a passion for contributing to team success are must-haves. We also seek candidates who have a combination of business insight and technical understanding, coupled with the vision and drive to turn ideas into reality.
Responsibilities
As a member of our forward-thinking team, you will collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders to define, document, and refine features and user stories. Your role will involve analyzing customer problems and project scope to deliver high-value, high-quality solutions while preventing unnecessary scope creep. You will contribute to product strategy development and support related commercial business cases. Working closely across the business, you will adhere to Lean and Agile principles to ensure effective delivery. Additionally, you will assess client requests, user insights, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify product enhancements, as well as evaluate regulatory or compliance changes to determine how they should be incorporated into products.
Description
We offer a salary of up to £55,000 for this position, which is based in Edinburgh with a hybrid working option.
