- Previous ownership of a Product with the ability to assess roadmap priorities
- Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment
- Ability to multi-task balancing customer needs, product strategy, and technical priorities
- Blending of business and technical savvy
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing objectives
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on exceeding expectations
Responsibilities
- Contribute to and implement the product strategy and related commercial business cases
- Evaluate client requests, end user insights, industry drivers, and competitor capabilities to identify enhancements
- Write features and user stories to implement product strategy, enhancements, and customer requests
- Drive analysis and estimation processes within the Software Delivery team
- Manage product roadmap priorities to ensure development work is prioritized
- Collaborate effectively with senior leaders and functional teams to ensure product success
