Requirements
Must:
- I have 12+ years of CRM experience, including 3+ years in the Public Sector or Energy & Utilities.
- I possess hands-on expertise with PSS Cloud (GDS understanding is a plus).
- I have a strong CRM/Salesforce solution background.
- I demonstrate a proven ability to design, optimize, and integrate complex business processes.
- I am detail-driven and have a passion for learning new technologies, models, and concepts.
- I possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- I am a true team collaborator and problem solver.
Responsibilities
- I will act as a Trusted Digital Transformation Advisor for our customers.
- I will provide thought leadership across the Public Sector and Energy & Utilities.
- I will lead business process innovation workshops.
- I will drive business process redesign, roadmap creation, and multi-cloud integration strategy.
- I will assess customer requirements and co-create a future-ready vision.
- I will shape target architecture, transition plans, and solution roadmaps.
- I will guide customers in leveraging the Salesforce 360 Platform.
- I will help build CRM strategies that deliver both quick wins and long-term impact.
- I will work with architects, project teams, and partners to refine solution details.
- I will review designs, flag risks early, and ensure architectural excellence.
- I will stay ahead of Salesforce and industry trends.
