Requirements
Must:
- Confident communicator with great customer-service skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 & AD
- Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Desire to learn and progress in a busy MSP environment
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, basic networking, and hardware issues
- Handle account setups, password resets, and software installs
- Own tickets from start to finish
- Use PSA/RMM tools to log, update, and action tasks
- Escalate when needed with clear notes
- Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement

You will be the first point of contact for customer IT issues, delivering exceptional service and support.
