Requirements

Must:
To be considered for the Senior IT Support Analyst role, I am looking for candidates with proven experience in IT leadership and service management. You should have a comprehensive understanding of common IT concepts, practices, and procedures, along with advanced troubleshooting experience in web applications and related technologies. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Mac OS, and Active Directory is essential, as is familiarity with Azure AD, Intune, Group Policy, and SharePoint. You must be proficient in installing and configuring Windows operating systems and other software packages. Knowledge of LAN and Wi-Fi networks is important, and experience administering audio-visual systems is a plus. A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, along with at least one industry-standard certification, is preferred. Ideally, you will also hold at least one ITIL qualification.

Responsibilities

As the Senior IT Support Analyst, you will play a vital role in our Global IT Service Management team, reporting to the Director of IT Service Management. I expect you to manage and resolve IT Service Management requests within our ticketing system while maintaining clear communication with end users. You will lead a team responsible for delivering technical support, ensuring the effective operation of our London IT Service Desk, and supervising daily activities. Your role will also involve providing technical support for LAN and wireless network devices, overseeing the resolution of technical issues, and managing the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of user devices and software applications. Additionally, you will support after-hours and weekend events as required and communicate updates in non-technical terms to ensure a positive support experience.

In this role, you will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment with a strong focus on customer service to ensure user satisfaction. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team, driving efficiency and innovation. The position is full-time (35 hours per week, on-site) and based at our London office.
