Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in front-end development with JavaScript, Vue.js, Livewire, CSS, and HTML.
- A good understanding of Laravel within a professional environment.
- Degree educated in a relevant field (web design/computer science or equivalent).
- A minimum of 4 years of development experience with front-end websites and web systems.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and comfortable working across teams and directly with stakeholders.
- (Bonus) Exposure to React or other modern frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Bring digital products to life by building and enhancing websites, customer portals, broker platforms, and web applications.
- Craft exceptional user experiences by creating responsive, on-brand UIs from mockups or loose concepts.
- Push performance to the next level by optimizing rendering, caching, and Core Web Vitals to deliver lightning-fast user journeys.
- Write clean, scalable code by developing custom solutions in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, Livewire, and Laravel Blade.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, designers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful digital solutions that support business goals.

We are seeking a Front-End Developer/Designer who is passionate about crafting clean, responsive, and high-performing web experiences. This role will involve working on everything from customer-facing websites to powerful in-house platforms that keep the business moving. If you love creating effective and accessible code while engaging with both front-end frameworks and back-end collaboration, we would love to hear from you. This position is predominantly office-based, with the option to work one day remotely. Our Ipswich-based office is conveniently located for commuters from Felixstowe, Needham Market, Kesgrave, Colchester, Claydon, Hadleigh, and Stowmarket.
