Requirements
Must:
- I require a strong academic record (minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent).
- You should demonstrate intellectual curiosity and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- A high attention to detail and analytical ability with data is necessary.
- I expect a strong work ethic and a proactive mindset.
- You must have a passion for helping customers achieve results and a desire to build a long-term career in Customer Success, SaaS, or consultancy.
Responsibilities
- I need you to support the Customer Success Team in day-to-day client relationship management.
- You will deliver high-quality data insights and actionable recommendations to our customers.
- You will manage and grow your own portfolio of client accounts, ensuring they achieve measurable value.
- I expect you to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Commercial teams to resolve client issues and enhance the platform experience.
- You will prepare and deliver customer reports, presentations, and performance reviews.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement and satisfaction is also part of your role.
