- I need you to support the Customer Success Team in day-to-day client relationship management. - You will deliver high-quality data insights and actionable recommendations to our customers. - You will manage and grow your own portfolio of client accounts, ensuring they achieve measurable value. - I expect you to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Commercial teams to resolve client issues and enhance the platform experience. - You will prepare and deliver customer reports, presentations, and performance reviews. - Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement and satisfaction is also part of your role.
