Requirements
Must:
- Previous property data exposure, specifically within PBSA/BTR or multifamily property.
- Strong skills in Excel and SQL.
- Experience designing dashboards and data visualizations.
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence to communicate findings to individuals with or without technical knowledge.
- Ability to manage deadlines while juggling multiple projects.
- Experience in the property sector.
- Familiarity with revenue management or dynamic pricing.
- Exposure to CRM or property management systems (e.g., StarRez, Entrata, Salesforce, HubSpot).
Responsibilities
- Track occupancy levels, rental values, and competitor benchmarks.
- Build demand models that consider seasonality and market changes.
- Produce forecasts to support revenue growth and leasing plans.
- Develop dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Collaborate with colleagues on pricing strategies and proposals.
- Ensure smooth data migration when new systems are introduced.
- Validate and clean data to maintain integrity and reliability.
- Document processes and test outputs for accuracy.
- Deliver ad-hoc reports for strategic projects or expansion initiatives.
