Requirements
Must:
I expect you to have at least one year's equivalent work experience in an IT Support or Managed Service Provider environment. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills and work in a logical, methodical style, with the ability to identify root causes and implement controlled changes. Strong organizational skills are essential, and you must be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. I am looking for someone who is driven to learn new technology and self-improve, with an understanding of ITIL best practices. Additionally, experience with O365, strong network troubleshooting skills, firewall experience, Microsoft Azure, and SD-WAN is required.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will respond to email and phone support requests to maintain the operation of our customers' computer systems at an agreed level. You will provide 1st line technical support across our customer base through phone or email. You will be responsible for both reactive and proactive maintenance activities and will contribute to IT projects when required. It is important to follow agreed processes and procedures for our support team while maintaining all IT service documentation.
