Requirements
Must:
- We require 2+ years of consulting experience in the Datacenter/Hardware industry; consulting experience is strongly preferred.
- In lieu of consulting experience, we require at least 3+ years of consulting experience, or 4-6+ years of industry experience in strategy.
- We require a bachelors degree; an advanced degree is preferred.
- We prefer a major in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
- We require strong data analytics skills and proficiency with Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, or Python.
- We require strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
- We require strong written and verbal communication skills.
- We require fluency in English.
- We require outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders in a global collaborative team environment.
- We require the ability to use GenAI tools.
- We value flexibility, curiosity, creativity, and the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- We work on client projects as part of case teams and proposal teams to solve complex client problems using relevant analytical approaches and customized solutions for Datacenter and Hardware clients.
- We bring industry experience and insights in areas such as data centers, hardware devices, supply chain, R&D assessment, go-to-market excellence, pricing, and operations.
- We communicate with clients, senior stakeholders, and case teams, translating technical insights and complex context into actionable business strategies.
- We drive the productization and automation of strategic offerings and knowledge assets, including building and maintaining proprietary databases and AI-enabled tools.
- We contribute analysis and insights to proposals, client workshops, and marketing materials to support commercialization efforts.
- We help develop intellectual property and assets for the business.
- We assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on our topic and sector expertise.
- We collaborate effectively in a global, often virtual, team environment and work in agile ways.
