Requirements
Must:
- We require 7–10+ years of experience in full stack engineering.
- We require strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, and React or Angular.
- We require hands-on experience with Power Platform and Dataverse.
- We require understanding of solution architecture, integration patterns, and cloud architecture.
- We require experience with Azure cloud services and microservices patterns.
- We require knowledge of SQL and familiarity with NoSQL.
- We require experience with CI/CD, Git-based workflows, and automation.
- We require strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- We value the ability to design clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- We value the ability to balance hands-on development with architectural thinking.
- We value the ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly.
- We value the ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- We value the ability to document systems and solutions thoroughly.
Responsibilities
- We design, build, and maintain full stack applications using .NET Core, C#, REST APIs, and Power Platform applications.
- We develop scalable and secure backend services and responsive front-end interfaces.
- We build and maintain Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- We integrate Power Platform solutions with custom services and enterprise APIs.
- We translate business requirements into technical designs considering scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- We contribute to architectural decisions, design reviews, and technical documentation.
- We implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment workflows.
- We work with Azure cloud, containers, and serverless components.
- We collaborate closely with product owners, UX, analysts, and engineering teams in Agile sprints.
- We support production environments with root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
