Requirements
Must:
- 4-6+ years of relevant experience
- Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent time management and ability to work well with deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, particularly across cultures
- Strong technical skills with at least intermediate PowerPoint & Excel skills
- Familiarity with safety, security or risk management tools is advantageous, such as Crisis24, Everbridge, AlertMedia
Responsibilities
- Engage and gain expertise in the four workstreams: Incident response, Travel safety, Event security & Physical security
- Support workstreams with their processes for managing security & safety within BCG
- Liaise with BCG offices worldwide to elevate and maintain business resilience and security compliance
- Organize, schedule, and coordinate key Global Security programs with stakeholder groups
- Contribute to the team’s continuous improvement by optimizing and automating processes
- Become a significant contributor to one or more individual workstream programs
- Coordinate and schedule key program activities
- Create and deliver media for training and exercises
- Keep stakeholders updated on program activities, risks, and issues
- Work closely with vendors to maintain automated review process workflows
- Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to ensure program-generated data is up to date
- Conduct research and risk assessments for threats affecting different workstreams
- Act as an expert for one or more digital tools utilized by the team
