Requirements
Must:
- We require a bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
- We require strong cybersecurity experience with demonstrated exposure to AI/ML, cloud, or application security.
- We require 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience in software engineering, cloud engineering/SRE, systems architecture, ML engineering, or DevOps.
- We require a strong understanding of AI/ML architectures and MLOps frameworks.
- We require experience with threat modeling methodologies.
- We require proficiency in Python and secure coding practices.
- We require experience working in enterprise environments with identity management, cloud posture controls, application security scanning, runtime monitoring, and vulnerability management tools.
- We require experience securing cloud-native platforms and containerized workloads.
- We prefer experience as a technical manager and enterprise security architect.
- We prefer experience implementing the NIST AI Risk Management Framework.
- We prefer knowledge of AI governance and emerging AI regulatory compliance requirements.
- We prefer experience with model monitoring, drift detection, AI observability, or adversarial ML testing.
- We prefer hands-on experience with Kubernetes security, Infrastructure-as-Code security, and CI/CD security automation.
- We prefer experience driving cross-business-unit security initiatives.
Responsibilities
- We lead the design and implementation of secure AI/ML architecture frameworks aligned with zero-trust principles.
- We develop enterprise security standards and reference architectures for LLMs, generative AI platforms, and ML pipelines.
- We conduct AI-specific threat modeling covering model poisoning, adversarial attacks, prompt injection, data leakage, model inversion, and supply chain risk.
- We embed security controls into AI CI/CD pipelines, MLOps workflows, and DevSecOps processes across business units.
- We ensure secure handling of training data, fine-tuning datasets, model artifacts, and embeddings through encryption and access governance.
- We secure AI workloads in cloud and hybrid environments, including AWS, Azure, GCP, containerized, and Kubernetes-based deployments.
- We integrate AI systems with enterprise identity and access management, cloud security posture controls, application security scanning, runtime monitoring, and vulnerability management platforms.
- We define AI-specific logging, telemetry, detection strategies, and incident response readiness.
- We provide hands-on architectural guidance and code-level review when required.
