Requirements
Must:

- Strong analytical skills to interpret research findings and translate them into actionable insights
- Proficiency in research tools and software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
- A degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Design, Human-Computer Interaction) is preferred
- Experience in UX design or related areas is a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to identify user needs and behaviors
- Analyze and synthesize research data to inform product development
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to integrate insights into the design process
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to stakeholders
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in user research
- Advocate for the user experience within the organization
