Requirements
Must:
- Experience in a QA or technical role, ideally 2+ years.
- Strong test-planning skills across project lifecycles.
- Experience with Agile or waterfall delivery and estimating testing effort.
- Hands-on automation experience (Java preferred, or C#/Python/JavaScript).
- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber).
- Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML.
- Good communication skills and the ability to prioritise and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach.
Responsibilities
- Carry out testing and quality-assurance activities across web projects.
- Follow change-management and security procedures, escalating issues when needed.
- Identify and resolve issues that impact system stability or functionality.
- Log system enhancements, test delivered changes, and support process improvements.
- Produce accurate reporting and support colleagues and stakeholders with guidance.
- Work with suppliers and internal teams to deliver effective solutions and improvements.
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to agreed standards.
