Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a WordPress and PHP developer
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies and the LAMP stack
- Expertise with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking pixel implementation
- Familiarity with Git and version control (preferably Azure DevOps)
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and debugging tools
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Google Ads and PPC campaign integration
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and Azure services
- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React.js or Node.js
- Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align website design and business goals
- Developing front-end and back-end features using WordPress, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Managing website architecture, databases, and server integration
- Implementing and maintaining WordPress themes and plugins
- Conducting performance tests and providing insights
- Setting up and managing Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4)
- Troubleshooting website issues and improving SEO/SEM performance
- Monitoring site performance using tools like Google Search Console and Semrush
