Requirements
Must:
- I require at least three years of IT support experience, with MSP experience being essential.
- I seek candidates with strong technical expertise in Microsoft environments and networking.
- I value excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- A full UK driver’s license is necessary as on-site support is required.
Responsibilities
- You will provide 2nd and 3rd line IT support, including troubleshooting, system monitoring, and maintenance.
- You will deliver on-site and remote support to our customers.
- You will manage Windows Server (2012/16/19), Windows 11, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, SharePoint, and Office 365.
- You will handle networking, IT security, backup solutions, and malware filtering.
- You will design, evaluate, and implement IT solutions for our customers.
