Network Designer

In this role, you will: - Design and implement scalable, high-performance WAN and LAN solutions - Architect network systems for large, complex organizational infrastructures with a focus on reliability and security - Plan, design, and deploy MPLS networks while incorporating advanced QoS strategies and traffic shaping mechanisms - Implement and manage routing and switching technologies, particularly OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and more - Perform troubleshooting and optimization of WAN routing configurations across multiple locations - Apply relevant encryption standards for securing data traffic across wide area networks - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure network compliance with industry standards and regulations, including implementing VPN and SSL/TLS encryption protocols - Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including topology diagrams and configuration guides - Provide training and knowledge transfer to junior designers - Expertly troubleshoot network-related issues related to LAN, WAN, and DMZ networks - Assist in incident resolution, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective actions - Help manage the ticket queue for L2 and L3 Break/Fix tickets to improve service restoration and metrics
