Requirements
Must:
- 4-5 years experience in product management or related digital/UX roles
- Strong technical background and excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution
- Highly organized and analytical, able to prioritize competing demands
- Experience with community or SaaS platforms
- Passion for exceptional user experience (UX)
- Comfort with working independently and collaboratively
- Natural communicator, able to translate member feedback into clear product requirements
- Understanding of the startup/scale-up world, ideally with European tech scene experience
- Tech-curious, especially regarding AI, with excitement for learning, applying, and experimenting
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the Hivebrite platform experience end-to-end
- Manage improvements, user journeys, and performance of the platform
- Lead roadmap development by gathering feedback and identifying opportunities
- Collaborate with Hivebrite and The Tech Dept to deliver updates
- Work with our fractional CTO to ensure quality and alignment with our mission
- Design and run user testing, surveys, and pilots to validate assumptions
- Champion data quality and user engagement in partnership with the marketing team
- Stay informed on emerging tools, best practices, and AI developments
- Contribute to the early-stage development of new digital products beyond Hivebrite
