Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with a background in customer service within an IT environment. Familiarity with database use (preferably SQL Server), Windows OS, and Microsoft Office is essential. You should have experience in supporting customers via phone, email, face-to-face, or LiveChat, and possess knowledge of web technologies. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) are crucial, along with excellent interpersonal abilities, analytical thinking, and effective problem-solving. Good organizational, planning, and time management skills, as well as computer literacy (Office, email, internet, Windows), are also required. It would be advantageous to have experience with SQL Server, report writing tools (like Stimulsoft), and platforms such as Freshdesk, Intercom, or YouTrack.
Responsibilities
As a Technical Services Engineer, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include promptly logging and addressing tickets, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, and engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner. You will be expected to take ownership of tickets until resolution, prioritizing teamwork, and building positive relationships with both colleagues and customers. You will also need to learn our company products and services, field and escalate customer queries, maintain accurate records, monitor service level agreements, liaise with internal teams and third parties, and provide timely updates to customers. Moreover, you will support other departments as required.
