Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with proven commercial experience in spacecraft systems design, manufacturing, and testing. You should possess a strong understanding of communications systems, along with demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities. Familiarity with optics, optical sensors, or opto-mechanical assemblies is essential, and experience with 5G technologies would be a strong plus.
Responsibilities
As our Senior Systems Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical interface with our customers and subcontractors. You will lead the definition of engineering requirements and the development of innovative system architectures. Establishing system budgets and performance metrics will be part of your role, as well as managing cross-functional teams through the design, integration, and test phases. Additionally, you will develop and implement simulators, test beds, and FlatSats, while diagnosing issues and delivering fully verified flight hardware.
