Requirements
Must:
- Microsoft Certification (ideally Fundamentals or above) or equivalent hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies.
- Previous experience in a busy IT support/helpdesk environment.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Modern Workplace environments and Technologies.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, able to explain technical matters clearly and helpfully.
Responsibilities
- Provide clear, friendly, and effective assistance to clients with IT queries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of tickets through various communication channels including MS Teams, email, and phone.
- Provide day-to-day support and administration in the Microsoft Modern Workplace environment, supporting Microsoft technologies including OneDrive, SharePoint, Intune, and Autopilot.
