Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 5 years experience as an ERP or Finance Systems Consultant
- Strong understanding of ERP administration, configuration, and support
- Familiarity with SQL for ERP customisation and reporting
- Solid knowledge of core financial processes and how they translate into ERP workflows
- Proven ability in data analysis and reporting (e.g. Excel, Power BI, or ERP-native tools)
- Experience supporting projects under pressure and delivering to tight deadlines
- Hands-on experience with systems integration and data migration, ideally in M&A settings
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar professional services ERP platforms (desirable)
- Background in professional services, engineering, or consultancy environments (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day support, administration, and incident resolution for the ERP system
- Analyse and troubleshoot system issues, coordinating with internal teams and vendors as needed
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support operational and financial decision-making
- Support ERP-related projects including upgrades, enhancements, and rollouts
- Collaborate with teams during M&A activity to assess, plan, and execute ERP integrations and data migrations
- Ensure ERP configurations align with evolving business needs and processes
- Assist with data analysis and ensure data integrity across departments
- Partner with finance, IT, and project teams to deliver ERP initiatives on time and to high standards
Description
We are a dynamic and growing organization offering a fully remote ERP Consultant position based in the UK, with a competitive salary of up to £90,000 per annum plus benefits. You will take ownership of the ERP platform, currently Deltek Vantagepoint, and support its development as part of our ongoing business transformation.
