Requirements

Must:
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years experience working in a Helpdesk environment. - Good timekeeping and ability to be the first point of contact for inbound customer calls/emails/messages received into the Helpdesk. - Great customer service skills with a confident telephone manner. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing the needs of different customers based on severity. - Demonstrated problem/incident management skills and the ability to identify root causes of issues. - Experience with Windows 10/11 and server operating systems. - Knowledge of mobile devices (Android & iOS). - Basic Microsoft Office 365 administration skills. - Basic network troubleshooting knowledge. - High standard of spoken and written English for effective communication with customers and suppliers. - Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

- You will work primarily as a first line support engineer, proactively monitoring, escalating, and pursuing outstanding Helpdesk calls to ensure prompt responses and resolutions to agreed service levels. - During this process, you will keep customers fully informed about the progress of their Helpdesk calls and strive for their satisfaction with the completed resolution. - You will be involved in specifying and creating customer sales orders, along with ordering new equipment for installation and configuration. - You will primarily be based in our office in Doncaster, with potential for hybrid working after an initial probationary period.

We offer a permanent, full-time position from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with a salary range of £25,000 - £30,000, along with 28 days holiday (including statutory holidays), free parking, and a pension plan.
