IT Projektmanager

- Define and manage project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with the IT Management Team and key stakeholders. - Develop detailed project plans and schedules using appropriate project management tools. - Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects simultaneously. - Coordinate internal resources and third-party suppliers to ensure successful project execution. - Track and report on project progress, milestones, risks, and issues, providing accurate and timely updates to stakeholders. - Ensure appropriate governance, documentation, and project controls are consistently applied and maintained. - Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as required. - Gather and define business and technical requirements where necessary. - Collaborate with analysts, designers, system owners, and stakeholders to support solution development and implementation. - Coordinate system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Oversee the production of technical, functional, training, and communication documentation as required. - Effectively communicate project expectations and updates to stakeholders at all levels.
