- Proof of residence in Devon, UK.
- Right to Work in the UK.
- Currently unemployed, underemployed, or self-employed, actively seeking work as an IT Service Desk or IT Technician.
- Able to commit to three two-hour weekly instructor-led training sessions from January 5 to March 31, 2026.
- Willing to actively pursue employment or self-employment opportunities after completing the training.
- Own IT equipment to access online classes and learning resources.

Responsibilities
As part of our Skills Bootcamp program, I will facilitate your learning experience, ensuring you gain essential skills and knowledge in Microsoft IT support, including:
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Maintaining user productivity and ensuring systems are secure and reliable.
- Completing a 12-week program delivered remotely, which will provide the technical experience needed for IT roles.
- Developing interpersonal skills such as career planning, CV development, interview preparation, presentation techniques, and social media branding.

Description
Our fully funded Skills Bootcamp is dedicated to supporting Devon residents seeking to advance their IT careers. This program will open doors to job interviews with local employers upon completion, along with six months of employability mentoring to prepare you for your IT role. We collaborate with various businesses in Devon that are expanding their operations and looking for passionate individuals to fill IT Support Technician and IT Service Desk roles. Throughout the program, you will explore Microsoft 365 administration, including core services and security foundations, and gain hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Azure cloud services. Your training will focus on digital security, data protection, and responsible cloud adoption, equipping you to support and lead digital transformations effectively.
