Requirements
Must:
- Experience as a Digital Product Manager or Product Owner working with Salesforce or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Confidence in turning data, research, and customer behavior into product decisions.
- A background in journey design or digital proposition development.
- Experience within a regulated environment such as financial services, utilities, insurance, healthcare, or telecoms.
- The ability to simplify technical details for stakeholders and keep teams aligned.
- Curiosity, structure, and a proactive approach to driving progress even when details are evolving.
Responsibilities
- Improve digital customer journeys across the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.
- Work with tech teams to align workflows, architecture, and product requirements.
- Translate commercial goals into clear, usable features that enhance user experience.
- Shape propositions for new capabilities and guide them from idea to launch.
- Use insights from customer behavior, brokers, and performance data to refine the product.
- Identify friction points and recommend changes to increase engagement and adoption.
- Keep delivery on track across product, digital, engineering, and operational teams.
Description
We offer a 12-month contract with a high likelihood of converting to a permanent role, with a salary range of £40k to £45k plus a 10% bonus, 25 days of leave, a good pension, healthcare, and life assurance. The position is hybrid, requiring two days a week in the Tunbridge Wells area.
